Per industry standards, our minimum order is 60 pairs per design.

Send us your ideas, colors, and logos, and our team will email you back within one business day with your free design. You will then work one on one with one of our design specialists to perfect your custom order, with the added benefit of free unlimited revisions.

Once you finalize your digital designs and place the order, the socks will be delivered within two weeks. This time may vary based on factory approval, but you will be kept up to date with relevant timelines every step of the process.

We offer athletic performance socks in 4 different cuff heights, as well as casual dress socks in a standard 8-inch cuff height. We ask that you identify your height and size preferences, from which we can create the custom sock to your exact needs and specifications.

 

We offer a range of sizes to provide the perfect fit for your order. Our minimum order per size is 30 pairs, and your total order must meet a minimum requirement of 60 pairs.

  • XS: Youth age 8-12
  • S/M: Mens 4-7, Women’s 5-9
  • M/L: Mens 8-12, Women’s 10-13

To offer our clients unlimited use cases for our custom products, we also provide a simplified “one size fits most” sizing option, which runs from a Men’s ~6-10 and Women’s ~7-11 in size.

We offer an all-inclusive, transparent price with no hidden fees. Our prices include your shipping, setup fees, and unlimited design revisions – the only add-on is the applicable sales tax. A price-quality guarantee backs every project.

To reduce plastic waste, we bulk package our socks 12-15 pairs per bag. They come with a special designed labeled packaging. We offer custom belly band packaging for an additional 0.25 per pair.

We have 3 different size of boxes.

  • Small Boxes (52cmx28cmx25cm) and contains up to 100 pairs of socks,
  • Medium Boxes (52cmx28cmx36cm) and contains up to 150 pairs of socks,
  • Large Boxes (52cmx28cmx58cm) and contains up to 250 pairs of socks.

For more pairs we mix up boxes to fit your order.

What can’t you do with customized socks? They make a great client giveaway or employee gift for businesses. Schools, bands, sports teams and dance groups love using them for fundraisers. Socks are a popular gift for almost any occasion, including 5Ks, golf tournaments, galas — even as wedding favors!

No! When shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, all the European Countries and Israel, the price we give you includes everything.

We only require prepayment on first orders; for subsequent orders, alternate terms may be established. If you represent a school, college or university, we will accept POs in lieu of prepayment.
As always, our main priority is the health and safety of our Socks Sprites staff, production partners and customers. From the onset of the COVID-19 outbreak we have monitored the situation closely and taken all the recommended precautions to ensure the safety of all involved. Fortunately, our production and shipping carriers are still operating, and we are producing and shipping on our standard two-week time frame. Of course, due to the fluidity of the situation, changes may occur at any time, and we will promise to inform any customers whose order or design may be delayed. Thank you for your understanding.
